The HCR ManorCare Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit corporation that provides funding for organizations and programs that address the needs of the elderly and individuals requiring post-acute care services. Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, the Foundation's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the communities served by HCR ManorCare. We achieve this mission through support of organizations who share our vision for improving quality of life for seniors, individuals requiring post-acute services and those needing hospice and palliative care.
